Valentine's Day: Foods that Boost Passions

  Planning on a special night for Valentine's Day? If your going out for fine dining or staying in and preparing a special dinner at home, there are super foods that can boost passions and enhance your special night.

Oysters, particularly raw on the half shell are often known as an aphrodisiac for love. Oysters are loaded with iron and zinc, known to help boost libidos. If raw oysters are not your thing, there are many other foods with similar boosts.
  Pumpkin Seeds: are high in zinc, potassium and vitamin E which is great for your skin and hair. Pumpkin seeds make a great snack and can curb that crave for something crunchy and salty.

Spinach & Broccoli: are loaded with plant protein which the body can use for long term energy. They are also a great alternative to meats.

Watermelon: A sweet low calorie treat that is loaded with iron and zinc. Similar to oysters. Though it is not typically watermelon season, you still can find watermelons that are grown in hothouses.

Dark Chocolate: A well known aphrodisiac, said to make you fall in love. Particularly Dark varieties containing Cacao as especially potential. It contains excellent sources of Iron, magnesium, copper and zinc.

Also don't forget the Roses! Roses are known to have a scent that vibrates energies at a frequency higher than any other known flower. Roses are known to lift moods, promote clarity in thinking and focusing making them a wonderful gift for those you love.
